This Privacy Policy explains how BondForge (“BondForge,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through our marketing website at bondforgehq.com (the “Site”). It applies to visitors of the Site.

The BondForge application is covered by a separate privacy policy. If you use the BondForge product, please refer to the BondForge application privacy policy (provided to agency customers) for how information you and your agency enter into the product is handled.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

When you request Alpha access or otherwise contact us, we collect the details you submit — your name, email address, and agency or company name. If you email us directly, we receive whatever information you include.

2.2 Analytics & usage information

With your consent, we use analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, such as pages viewed and general traffic sources. See Cookies & analytics below.

2.3 Server logs

Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and access timestamps — to operate and secure the Site.

The Site is not intended to collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not submit any through it.

3. How we use information

• To respond to Alpha access requests and administer the invite-only Alpha program.
• With your consent, to send you BondForge news and updates — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To measure and improve the Site’s content and performance (analytics).
• To maintain the security and integrity of the Site and prevent abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Cookies & analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic. Analytics cookies are set only after you consent through our cookie banner. Until you accept, no analytics cookies or identifiers are stored (we use Google Consent Mode with analytics disabled by default), and IP addresses are anonymized.

You can accept or decline analytics at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Essential functioning of the Site does not rely on non-essential cookies.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only in these limited cases:

• Service providers who process information on our behalf — currently Google (analytics) and Brevo (email and waitlist management) — under their respective terms.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

6. Data retention

We keep Alpha waitlist and contact information for as long as needed to administer the Alpha program and communicate with you, and until you ask us to delete it or you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration, and server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information.

7.1 EEA & United Kingdom

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We rely on your consent (for analytics and marketing emails) and our legitimate interests (operating and securing the Site) as our legal bases.

7.2 California

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know, access, correct, and delete the personal information we hold about you, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. As noted above, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and reputable service providers — to protect information collected through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for bail bond professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and posting the revised policy on this page.
